Sweet Potato Hash Browns

Sweet Potato Hash Browns are a crispy and satisfying addition to your breakfast table. You don’t need any fancy baking tools or a baking tin to prepare this delightful baked goods. This easy recipe allows you to recreate the flavors of a bakery store right in your home kitchen.


2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and grated

1/2 onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste



Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated sweet potatoes, chopped onion, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.

Spread the sweet potato mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the hash browns are crispy and golden brown, flipping them halfway through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
