1 tsp baking soda

  2. In a blender or food processor, combine ripe bananas, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, honey, baking soda, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

  4. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
